Marty Eberhardt - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Eberhardt is the co-founder of SIE and has developed the production end of the business. Mr. Eberhardt has negotiated the relationships for the production, manufacturing and the distribution.  Prior to founding SIE, Mr. Eberhardt has been the Chairman, CEO and President of Sound Image Entertainment Inc, and partner in Sound Image Studios, from 1995 to the present.  Under Mr. Eberhardt’s vision and leadership, Sound Image Studios has received RIAA awards for working with such successful artists Jessica Simpson, Ryan Cabrera, LeAnn Rimes, Rick Springfield, and many others, and has amassed the equipment and technologies necessary to move from music production to full DVD and DualDisc production.  From 1980 to 1995, Mr. Eberhardt served as President of Sound Image Entertainment, Inc.   As President, Mr. Eberhardt oversaw all aspects of Sound Image’s operations and led to the establishment of a nationally distributed record label and production and publishing companies. Mr. Eberhardt has assembled the audio/video production facilities and equipment necessary to create high-quality High Definition 5.1 DVD, DualDisc and all other digital product, for broadcast and sales.

Robert Fitzpatrick - Chief Operating Officer

Robert Fitzpatrick was born in San Antonio, Texas, brought up in New Jersey and went to New York at the age of 15 where he became an actor off-Broadway. He went to Princeton University and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, eventually serving as a Captain in Vietnam. Upon discharge, he went to Hollywood and worked as an actor and model, playing in several 20th Century Fox films including "Dear Brigette" with James Stewart and "Goodbye Charlie" with Tony Curtis and Debbie Reynolds. He attended UCLA Law School earning an LLB and a JD degree and became a well known Entertainment Attorney representing many musical acts including The Beatles, The Who, The Rolling Stones and Miss Peggy Lee. Later, he joined Robert Stigwood to become President of Stigwood Fitzpatrick Inc. and managed such groups as Cream and The BeeGees. He founded, along with Stigwood, Casserole Music Corporation and served as its CEO and President. He served on the Board of "Hair's" Natoma Entertainment Group, produced Hermione Baddeley in the stage presentation of "Why Not Tonite?" and produced the Emmy Award winning "Underground" with Chuck Collins in Chicago. He managed many well known musical acts during this period including Mitch Ryder & The Detroit Wheels, Arthur Lee & Love, Peggy Lee, Taj Mahal, The Buckinghams, Shady Lady, Dick Dale & The Deltones, Dobie Gray, Crabby Appleton and many more. He also managed Don Johnson, Jay North (Dennis the Menace) and Theodore Wilson. He has worked on the soundtracks of many motion pictures including "Pulp Fiction", "Remember the Titans" and "The 51st State".  Currently he is President and CEO of Vista Ave Entertainment Group, a multi faceted film and music company, President and CEO of RFO Entertainment Group, Ltd., a management and production company, President of  Allied Artists International, and President and CEO of The Robert Fitzpatrick Organization. He is an active producer, manager and executive and continues playing various acting roles.   Mr. Fitzpatrick serves on the Board of Directors of RADD (the Recording Artists, Actors and Athletes Against Drunk Driving), the Entertainment Industry’s Voice for Road Safety. 

David Chatfield - President

Mr. Chatfield is the co-founder of SIE and, with Mr. Eberhardt, has developed the business strategy of operating a full service company for the creation and production of short form and feature length audio and video content, licensing pre-existing motion picture, television, concert footage, music and music videos that are not currently publicly available, producing and/or licensing pre-produced product for sale in the DVD format, DualDiscs and all other digital formats.  Mr. Chatfield worked with Mr. Eberhardt to assemble the management team and is coordinating the capital and distribution partners for the launch of operations. Prior to SIE, Mr. Chatfield served as the general counsel to several major public and non-public companies, and represented entertainment companies and individuals when negotiating agreements for licensing and production of motion pictures, television shows, and music recordings.  Mr. Chatfield has represented clients such as Metro Goldwyn Mayer and New Line Cinema, and has negotiated agreements with Paramount Pictures, 20th Century Fox, Sony Pictures, NBC Television, ABC Television, CBS Television, Warner Bros. Studios, Warner Bros. Records, Sony Music Group, among others.  Mr. Chatfield has been an active member in the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences for two decades where he has served on the national Emmy Awards committee and was chairman of the ATAS Film Group for four years.  Mr. Chatfield graduated from the University of Southern California and has been a member of the California Bar Association since 1979. 

Karen Miller - Vice President, Programming, Acquisitions and Marketing 

Ms. Miller has over twenty years of experience in production, programming, acquisitions and marketing in the television , film, and new media.  Ms. Miller has served as the Director of Broadcasting for WBBM-Television Chicago, Vice President of Programming for the CBS owned Television Stations, Senior Vice President of Programming for Worldvision Enterprises, Senior Vice President of Programming for Spelling Entertainment Group Inc., and Vice President of Original Programming for Warner Brothers Online. 

Ms. Miller is experienced in developing original programs for domestic and international television distribution, cable, internet, and home video.  She has designed marketing and program strategies to exploit catalog content, movies and miniseries.  She has developed and produced content for television, distribution, home video and licensing and merchandising.  Ms. Miller has planned and executed program and marketing strategies for multiple channel internet destination with music, movie and television, news, original series and short films for adult broadcast users. 

Ms. Miller has produced live concert television broadcasts featuring live webcasts. Most recently Ms. Miller designed and implemented program and marketing strategies for a multi-platform lifestyle cable network, managed all program, marketing, production and technical operations including studio facilities and network origination, negotiated key program buys from domestic and international dealers, developed in-house original programs, supervised public relations, and created original marketing concepts. 

Jim Crichton - Vice President of Production

Mr. Crichton has over 25 years of music production experience.  Mr. Crichton has written, produced and recorded over 60 albums.  Mr. Crichton produced the world’s first Rock CD for Deutch Grammaphone Records in 1981.  It is appropriate that Mr. Crichton is at the forefront of DVD and DualDisc production.  Mr. Crichton is responsible for the production, mixing and editing of DVD, DualDisc and all other 5.1 digital content including motion picture and television productions.  Mr. Crichton recently completed the surround sound 5.1 audio mix for the “Rick Springfield Live”, Ryan Cabrera, and Jessica Simpson DVD’s.  Mr. Crichton has experience in 5.1 motion picture audio mixing, having recently completed the full-length feature film “Live Freaky Die Freaky”. Prior to SIE, Mr. Crichton has been a partner in Sound Image Studios where he has supervised music productions and produced and mixed music recordings since 1995.  Mr. Crichton has worked on projects with numerous well-known recording artists including the Scorpions, Yes, Rick Springfield, Iron Maiden, Whitesnake, among many others.  Mr. Crichton is a founding member of the legendary progressive rock group “SAGA” who has just completing their 25th full-length album. Always at the forefront of technology, Mr. Crichton’s “SAGA” production was one of the first recordings to be placed in heavy rotation on MTV.    

Michael J. Conner - Chief Technology Officer

Formed simple.IT in 2002 to provide technical services and business solutions to small-medium sized companies. simple.IT has designed, deployed and maintained server installations, wireless networks, web-based access, support and collaboration software and services for a variety of businesses. Since 2002, Simple.IT has provide technological service to over fifty business clients throughout North America, contributing to the growth and success of his business parterns and customers.

Greg Hutto - Creative Director

Greg Hutto has twenty years experience in the creation of original content.  Mr. Hutto’s credits include producing, writing, directing, director of photography, sound mixer, boom operator and underwater cinematographer.  He has worked with the co-founder of Propaganda Films, Director David Glenn Hogan, including the New Line Cinema feature film “Most Wanted” and award winning music videos such as “You’re Still the One” performed by Shania Twain. 

Mr. Hutto is renown for bringing cutting edge technology for worldwide distribution.  Mr. Hutto worked with Discovery and Endemol Distribution introducing the DV Cam format for broadcast media.  Mr. Hutto’s work with Discovery included his work as writer, director, field producer, and cinematographer. Mr. Hutto also worked as underwater videographer with director/writer Peter Dixon on “The Healing Chamber” produced for the Discovery Channel.

Currently Mr. Hutto is diligently pursuing High Definition technologies working on five current projects for Sound Image Entertainment as director/creative consultant.

Mike Paradiso - Director of Restoration and Transfer Engineering 

Mike Paradiso has owned and operated restoration and transfer companies for many years. Mr. Paradiso has extensive experience in the restoration of all types of original source materials and the transfer of content from restored analog source material to digital for editing and remixing for broadcast, DVD manufacturing and digital delivery by Sound Image Entertainment Group’s professional engineers. 

Chris May - Vice President of Video Production 

Chris May has fifteen years experience in the creation of music-based content. His credits include producing, directing, editing, dvd authoring and original music production. Chris has created music videos, commercials and video installations for top-tier clients such as Diesel Clothing Company, Victory Records, Pilsner Urquell and McDonalds.

Prior to Sound Image, Mr. May managed video production for stickam.com developing hundreds of hours of live interactive-based content and new media concepts for the integration of television and the internet. As a founder of the Synesthesia art collective, he has produced hundreds of art based performance events and has held down club residencies as a DJ, VJ and performer with his electronic music group Venue, who released an album on Brilliante Records and won the 2003 Diesel U:Music Electronica award.

Conley Abrams - Producer / Engineer 

Conley Abrams, is music veteran from the creative side of the business. Abrams began engineering and production in early 80’s under Wayne Henderson (Jazz Crusaders) at Wide Tracks Studio. He has since engineered and mixed for artists and producers including: Michael Jackson, TuPac, P. Diddy, Queen Latifa, Lil Romeo, Dr. Dre and major record companies from Arista to Sony.

Specializing in radio and club mixing and remixes, Conley has worked with many of the top R&B and Hip Hop artists in music today. As a mixer, he has received over twenty gold and platinum RIAA awards; as a producer, up to #3 Billboard chart position on General Grant, Virgin Records. See discography and client list. Conley has been active in the Independent Record Market since 1995 producing for Acid Jazz Records, Virgin, SBK MCA Records and Licensing for foreign companies attending the annual International Music Conference MIDEM since 1994. Though based in Los Angeles, has traveled extensively doing production and remixing internationally in New York, Atlanta, Detroit, London, Paris, Geneva, Perth Australia, and Nassau Bahamas.
